For this New York City kitchen renovation project, we maximized space by way of floor-to-ceiling cabinets.
Here’s how we maximized storage through sleek and modern design elements.
For this New York City kitchen renovation project, we maximized space by way of floor-to-ceiling cabinets. With a clearance of only one centimeter, we were able to make sure these stunning cabinets open and close perfectly while looking sleek, contemporary, and natural.

These custom cabinets are made from white oak on slim, one-centimeter framed doors. The finishes offset on one side with high-gloss white lacquer on the other. None of the custom-made cabinets have hardware, accentuating the modern design and maximizing space in the kitchen space. We topped it off with a custom wine rack made exclusively for the space. Plus, the quartz backsplash and wall accents help bring light in through the entire space, creating a space that’s well-suited for entertaining as well as everyday cooking.
